Customers: rates, discounts and suspending

Custom rates per customer and service, or a discount on everything. Copy rates from… gives one customer's rates to one or many selected customers; Reset custom rates removes them.
Suspend a customer to stop them signing in and ordering; customers are never deleted, so their orders and payments stay whole.
Set a new password, send a message, see sign-in history and the same-IP accounts from the row's menu.
