Orders
Refills: window, price, automatic and manual
- Customers see a Refill button on completed orders of refill services for 30 days (Settings → Customers), or the service's own window up to 365 days (Services → Edit → Delivery and refill).
- A refill price on the service charges the customer for each refill they ask for; it is refunded if the refill is rejected, fails or you cancel it. Paid refills are never automatic.
- Refills page: send failed ones again, mark completed (manual ones), or cancel — one by one or ticked in bulk.
