Adding a payment by hand

Money a customer paid you directly (bank transfer, mobile money, cash) is added with Add payment (Payments, or the customer's row in Users). It gets a receipt in Payments and counts for affiliate commission if you choose. A bonus adds free credit instead.

Balances are never edited or reduced by hand: every change has a line in the customer's balance history.
