Payments → Payment methods: 125+ gateways (cards, bank transfer, mobile money, crypto...). Per method: currency and rate, min and max, an extra fee, bonus (or bonus tiers), and instructions in each language. A method switched off for everyone can still be given to chosen customers (Users → Payment methods).
