Providers, sync and backups

Providers sync every hour: prices, min/max, refill/cancel and descriptions follow the provider unless you set your own (the service form's "Keep my own values"). The Loss guard (Settings → Customers) raises your price or switches a service off when a provider gets more expensive than your price.

Give important services backup providers: when the main one is out of funds, has removed the service or is down, the next one takes the order.
