Manual services (you deliver)

A service in Manual mode has no provider: orders wait in Orders (filter Mode: Manual) and you get an alert. Deliver it yourself, set the start count, then mark it In progress and Completed (or Partial to refund what you couldn't deliver). Refills of manual orders wait in Refills for you.
